Easy Exercises

Exercises anyone can do!

Medically supervised weight loss isn’t just diet. SculpSure is a great way to tone your body to perfection. Once you’ve reached your ideal body-image, what is the best way to keep it looking in tip-top condition? Exercise.

The word scares people, but by no means do you have to partake in high-intensity exercises to see results. As long as you are moving in a healthy way, you can maintain the results you’ve garnered through a medical weight loss program or a procedure like SculpSure. Check out these easy tips and get moving!

Dance

Dancing is a great way to get your heart rate up without feeling like you are doing “actual” exercise. You could follow along with a Zumba class, video, or simply dance along to your favorite songs for an extended period of time. You don’t need set choreography to dance– just dancing anyway you see fit for an extended period of time is a great way to get in (or stay in) shape.

Go for a Bike Ride

As long as you have a bicycle, going for a bike ride is a totally free way to get some exercise in. Riding your bike can be as low or high intensity as you’d like. You could ride around a flat area for an easy trip, or you could go somewhere with more hills to really feel the effects of exercising via your bike. Biking is also easier on your joints, and allows you to go further in shorter time. Just make sure you wear a helmet!

Body Weight Exercises

Resistance training is actually the best way to lose weight, but you don’t need weight machines and dumbbells to get in some resistance training. You can rely on your body for that. Squats, push ups, lunges, planks, and so much more utilize your body weight as means of resistance and again, are totally free. All you need is an open space to perform these exercises.

Use an online program

Sometimes, the hardest part of exercising is coming up with something to do. Online programs eliminate that problem. You could spend hundreds of dollars an an intricate online trainer, but for those who want a free option, YouTube is their best friend. There are entire channels dedicated to providing free exercise programs from yoga to resistance training.
